Event Information

This self-directed clean-up day is an opportunity make a difference for Lake George water quality. 

Participants are encouraged to collect debris, trash, and other foreign objects from in and around the Lake. Whether by land or by water, everyone can participate:
• Walk along beaches and streams
• Snorkel near shorelines
• Scuba dive into deep waters
• Bag trash on-shore for snorkelers and divers

Share pictures of your clean-up efforts on The FUND's Facebook page or email images to info [at] fundforlakegeorge.org. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative photo by a family, group of friends, or organization/business team! You must be registered to be eligible to win.

Registered participants receive a free event t-shirt while supplies last! T-shirts will be available for pick-up at The FUND office (2199 State Route 9, Lake George, NY) after Monday, July 27. Please note: T-shirts cannot be mailed.

Free trash bags and trash drop-off for Keep the Queen Clean participants are available throughout the watershed.
